The SCLC System Advisory Board (SAB) is composed of interested citizens who have been appointed by their libraries to represent the users of that library's community. They provide the SCLC Administrative Council and Executive Director with feedback directly from the users. If you're interested in serving as an SAB representative, contact your local public library.
