Reference Statistics and the Resources Directory
Content Body
Two SCLC reference resources are now available online as Google Docs. Follow the instructions below to link to either document. These view-only documents require no sign-in.
Both are best viewed in the new version of Google Docs. If you have the option to select the “old version” view at the top right of your screen, you’ll know you are currently in the "new version" view.
Navigating around a Google spreadsheet is similar to navigating around an Excel file. Use the scroll bars at the bottom and right side of the window to move right and left or up and down on a page. You can also click in a cell and use the arrows on your keyboard to move around the page.
The SCLC Reference Questions Statistical Reports (Google spreadsheets) are available for the current and last fiscal year.
Click on FY 2010-11 to view this year's report.
Click on FY 2009-10 to view last year's report.
PRINTING: To print any statistical report, click on FILE (underneath the word Google in the upper left of your screen and select “print” from the drop-down menu. In the Print Settings window select “Fit to Width,” and select portrait orientation. NOTE: The “All Questions” report should be printed in landscape orientation. The resulting PDF document can either be printed or saved.
If you prefer, you may download the reports. From a list of file type options, chose whichever works best for you.
The SCLC Reference Resources Directory is a guide to selected resources and services available at SCLC member libraries, to the branch level. Libraries not listed have not provided information.
Click here to open the Table of Contents, then click on a highlighted heading within the document to link to that section of the directory. Each section is a Google docs spreadsheet.
