• Customer service challenges and successes
• ILS use and strategies
•  Implementing new technology
•  Changes to cataloging standards

To join the Support Services Interest Group, send an email from your work email address account to sclcadmin@socallibraries.org that includes the names of the Interest Groups you want to join and agree to the online rules of conduct.  Once you receive an acknowledgement from the interest group’s listserv administrator, you’ll be able to communicate with SCLC member library colleagues on topics of mutual interest.
