Why Join an SCLC Interest Group?

SCLC Interest Groups connect staff from across the 40 member libraries and provide a listserv platform for library staff to informally network with colleagues and discuss work‐related topics and concerns, and to share thoughts, ideas, and practices.

Who Can Join?

Anyone with an email address from an SCLC member library is welcome to join one or more of the interest groups.

How do I Sign Up?

Joining an Interest Group is easy: send an email from your work email address account to sclcadmin@socallibraries.org that includes the names of the Interest Groups you want to join and agree to the online rules of conduct.  Once you receive an acknowledgement from the interest group’s listserv administrator, you’ll be able to communicate with SCLC member library colleagues on topics of mutual interest.
